Shaping Our Lives and the University of Worcester are jointly researching the representation and inclusion of disabled people in Gypsy, Roma and Traveler communities. This research is designed to listen to the missing voices of disabled people who live in Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities, and to explore whether that voice could be heard in key policy forums, including having a presence in Disabled People’s Organisations (DPOs).
The results of this research may lead to the development of further research into the ways that disabled people from Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities could be actively involved in shaping the future by getting their voices heard. For further information please contact

The research findings and action recommendations will be available early 2020.
