The Lothian Centre for Inclusive Living (LCIL) is a user-led disability organisation based in Edinburgh and the Lothians. LCIL provides a range of services to support disabled people to live independently.
Peer Support Fife started 2008, promoting peer support and peer led alternatives in mental health. Lack of funding support led to the organisation ceasing active participation in November 2012. Our website continues as a news resource and archive.
We are a group of 5 people who have directly or indirectly suffered serious mental health issues & addiction yet have developed the first SQA Advocacy Award in Scotland for all the protected characteristics, we also have our centre SQA Accredited which is amazing considering that none of the major charities and organisations have this.
